Privacy compliance statement
This policy covers data processing for GlocalXperts software. It does not describe a payment-processing, escrow, or transaction-settlement service between users.
- GlocalXperts currently provides access without an active subscription purchase flow.
- GlocalXperts does not process, route, hold, release, or guarantee payments between clients and professionals.
- GlocalXperts is not an escrow service, payment intermediary, money transmitter, or marketplace operator for user transactions.
- Service agreements and any user-to-user payments remain the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
1. Data We Collect
We collect account details, identity verification data, directory activity, collaboration records, access-state and any retained historical billing metadata, support communications, and security telemetry needed to operate and protect the platform.
2. Why We Process Data
Data is processed to authenticate users, verify identity, support discovery and workflow features, manage account access, prevent fraud, and support legal compliance.
3. Verification and Trust
Verification records and trust signals help detect impersonation, account farming, suspicious activity, and review abuse. These checks are used to protect account integrity and platform trust.
4. Billing Data
Subscription billing is currently disabled. GlocalXperts may retain limited historical or configuration metadata when required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, audit, or legal obligations. If paid features are introduced later, the relevant provider and data handling will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Sharing and International Transfers
Data may be shared with verification providers, applicable historical or future billing providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and legal authorities when required for service delivery, compliance, or safety enforcement.
6. Retention
We retain records for operational continuity, legal obligations, anti-fraud controls, and support review. Where possible, data is deleted or anonymized after retention requirements expire.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal, security, and contractual requirements.
8. Account Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your GlocalXperts account and associated personal data through the public account-deletion form. We verify account control before destructive action. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, audit, or contractual obligations; retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not treated as an active marketplace account.
